There are several payment options for paying your maintenance fees.
- You can write a check payable to your community and mail to our lockbox address at P O Box 33812, Detroit, MI 48232-5812.
- You can have your bank through bill payer service send a check payable to your community and have it mailed to our lockbox address.
- You can log into your Online Portal for other payment options including payment from a checking account or credit card (convenience fees apply).
